I worked with this realtor my last purchase. As I like to buy a value priced it makes for a lot more work, research and showings for the realtor. We eventually found a fine place and it’s worked out well . Aziza goes far above and beyond to look at neighborhoods, condition of the property, carrying costs , rental potential if any and lastly some guidance on financing. Buying our first home in Canada was a really stressful thought. However, Aziza helped us in every step of the process, right from making up our mind to buy a property, understanding our financial requirements, to the end-to-end processing of the purchase. Aziza goes all-in from getting to know you, your why to your potential future in the new home. She was thorough, kind and accessible throughout the journey and proved to be a blessing especially when things got complex with a volatile market. She made sure she did all the due diligence while not overwhelming with how much was there to be considered at each step. I highly recommend her for skeptics like me.
