Subject Removal​ “Subjects” are essentially conditions that must be met in order for the deal to become official and might include : financing, inspection, property disclosure statement, title search, or strata documents. Aziza will guide you every step of the way during this crucial process.

Close the sale. ​On Completion Day the title of the property will be transferred to you and on possession day you will receive the keys to the property and can officially move in.
